Clinton to Speak at Jefferson-Jackson Dinner

Former President Bill Clinton will give the keynote address during the West Virginia Democratic Party’s biggest annual dinner. The party announced Friday that Clinton will headline the Jefferson-Jackson Dinner on Oct. 2 at the Charleston Civic Center. Clinton was the last Democrat to carry West Virginia in a presidential race in 1996. Hillary Clinton, is making a second Democratic bid at president in 2016.
