Company Pays $200,000 in Back Wages
A federal contractor has paid out over $200,000 in back wages to seven employees after violations were found. B&F Contracting services federal buildings in West Virginia and Kentucky, and federal investigators found the company violated federal law by paying wages less than required and failing to provide required benefits, and failed to maintain required payroll records. The company also agreed to hire a CPA to oversee compliance with the federal Department of Labor.
