Corrections officer accused of sexual relationship with an inmate

A female corrections officer is accused of having sex with a man doing community service while on home confinement. Thirty-eight-year-old Heather Vollmer worked as a Nicholas County corrections officer. She’s charged with having a sexual relationship with an inmate. Vollmer was released on bond.
