Court challege to Supreme Court justices

Four West Virginia circuit judges will serve as temporary Supreme Court Justices to hear a petition to block the appointments of Evan Jenkins and Tim Armstead to fill two vacant seats on the high court, and to remove Jenkins’ name from the ballot in November. The petition claims that Jenkins and Armstead’s appointments to the court violate the state constitution.
