Credit Card Info is Stolen in Several States

Two credit-card skimming devices were pulled from two gas pumps on Charleston’s East End Friday afternoon, and WCHS TV reports the credit card information stolen from those pumps is part of a multi-state investigation that’s grown to 13 states. Police say thieves imprinted the stolen card inforamation onto gift cards at Walmart in those states. One Stop at the corner of Washington Street East and Greenbrier Street is one of the affected gas stations.
