Cross Lanes car lots in trouble

The West Virginia Attorney General’s office filed a lawsuit Monday in an attempt to shut down two Cross Lanes car lots. The suit alleges that Richmond’s Quality Cars and CMS Pre-Owned Auto Sales misrepresented odometer readings and sold vehicles with mechanical issues and fraudulent inspection stickers.
