Crossing Mall

Those living near the Crossing Mall are feeling “like the forgotten people.” That is the words of an Elkview resident Monday night at the county commission meeting. The culvert and bridge that allows traffic into the mall remains cut off after the June 23rd flood. The fight between the mall’s management and the state continues over who is responsible to replace the washed out crossing.
