CURA Study Shows Housing Demand Downtown
The Charleston Urban Renewal Authority says the results of a new survey show demand for more housing downtown and it should be mixed generational, accessible and affordable. The Gazette-Mail says the report shows concern about a decline in the population of millennials, a lack of good-paying jobs for young professionals and the availability of affordable housing downtown. A report about the survey’s findings is available on CURA’s website, curawv.org
