Cyber service

Only two other states have Internet service worse than West Virginia. That is one reason why Senator Shelley Moore Capito toured Fayette County this week to see the difficulties of increasing broadband service. This past year, the state Senate passed a bill that would have built a fiber optic network across the state, but the bill died once it reached the House.
