Daughter charged in death of elderly mother

The daughter of a woman who died from elder abuse is facing new charges. Fifty-year-old Lisa Jean Dunlap was her mother’s primary care giver, and is now charged with the death of an incapacitated adult. Eighty-eight-year-old Norma Dunlap died Wednesday after suffering from severe neglect.
