Daughter is Indicted in Neglect Case Involving Her Mother

A Charleston woman who was the primary caretaker of her mother has been indicted by a grand jury in a neglect case. According the Kanawha County Prosecutor’s Office, Lisa Dunlap is charged with neglect as the primary caretaker of her mother, Norma Dunlap, who died in May at age 88. Police said Norma Dunlap suffered from various deplorable conditions as a result of neglect.
