Day 3 of Loughry trial focuses on travel

Testimony will continue today in the federal trial on suspended state Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry. Most of the testimony yesterday focused on Loughry’s use of a state vehicle and a state-issued credit card for private travel. Jurors also heard about an antique desk he moved from the Capitol to his home. The trial will resume this morning at 9:30.
