Delegates Thinking Outside of Box

A couple of southern West Virginia Delegates are following the lead of Governor Justice and thinking outside the box, and coming up with a bold idea. A big lake. Delegates Ed Evans of McDowell County, and Mick Bates from Raleigh County are proposing a bill that would create a lake ten times larger than the state’s current largest lake, Summersville Lake. The two say their Southern West Virginia Lake Development Study Act would lead the way to development on a lake spanning 50-thousand acres.
