Dome Bar & Grill murder suspect in custody

The suspect in a deadly shooting in September at the Dome Bar and Grill in Kanawha City is in custody. Thirty-two-year-old Joseph Lucas Junior is facing first degree murder charges in the death of 29-year-old Timothy Rush. Acting on a tip, U.S. Marshals took Lucas into custody at a home on Valley View on the Clay-Kanawha County line.
