Driver accidentally runs over man lying in the road

A man who passed out or fell in front of a parked died when the driver accidentally ran over him. Forty-seven-year-old Jimmy Hall was hit Sunday night on Seventh Avenue. The car was parked on the side of the road, and when the owner came out and drove away he didn’t see Hall lying in the road and ran over him. Police are investigating. No charges have been filed.
