Drying out after flooding Friday

Heavy rain dumped on parts of Kanawha County Friday afternoon, prompting a flash flood warning. Parts of MacCorkle Avenue were shut down because of high wat. Yards and roads were flooded in Chesapeake. The good news is, we will dry out this weekend. There will be lots of sun today and tomorrow and high’s between 80 and 85.
