Dunbar Mayor to be Named Next Week

City leaders in Dunbar interviewed eight candidates for mayor this week, and they’re expecting to name a new mayor soon. The Gazette-Mail reports some of the common goals among all of the candidates are to clean up the twon, attract new business, and create recreational opportunities for young folks. The city council meets again on Monday, and they’ll nominate finalists and vote on the next mayor of Dunbar, to replace Terry Greenlee who resigned last month.
