Easter Carnival

The Easter Carnival takes place this weekend at the State Capitol Complex in Charleston. Governor Jim Justice and First Lady Cathy Justice announced the plans yesterday. The day will be packed with family friendly events. It starts late Saturday morning and is free for everyone.
