Elderly man’s home surrounded by water

An elderly man with a medical condition had to be rescued from his home by boat. Rescue crews say there was about four feet of water surrounding the home off Route-10 in Salt Rock. Crews had to deploy a raft and paddle out to the house. They were able to get the man to safety, and an ambulance transported him to the hospital.
