Elevated fire risk today

There is an elevated threat for wildfires again today with dry conditions and gusty winds. Firefighters responded to at least three brush fires in Kanawha County. The largest fire was in Tornado near Hudson Valley Drive where nearly 70 acres burned . That fire has been contained.
