Elk River Spill

You can close the book on the 2014 Elk River chemical spill investigation. The Public Service Commission accepted a joint resolution in the matter yesterday. Several new stipulations were placed on West Virginia American Water as part of the deal to avoid another leak like the one in January of 2014.
