Enrollment falling

Enrollment is still falling at Shepherd University in Martinsburg. The “Herald-Mail” is reporting figures that show enrollment is 14-percent lower now than it was in 2011, a trend that follows a five-year fall at colleges state-wide. Despite the decline, Shepherd is still one of West Virginia’s largest four year colleges.
