Ex-confinement officer will do jail time

A former home confinement officer will spend some time in jail. Jacques Vance was sentenced to up to 10 years in prison for taking a bribe from an offender. Vance pleaded guilty to taking 4-thousand-dollars from a detainee in exchange for not reporting a drug violation.
