Farrell sworn in as temporary state Supreme Court justice

Cabell County Circuit Court Judge Paul T. Farrell has been sworn in to serve as a temporary state Supreme Court Justice. Farrell will serve during the suspension of Justice Allen Loughry, who is facing a 23 count federal indictment. The House of Delegates meets Monday to consider articles of impeachment against Loughry, Chief Justice Margaret Workman and justices Robin Davis and Beth Walker.
