Fatal crash in Meigs County

Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash in Meigs County. Eighteen-year-old Elizabeth Hursey died when the car she was riding in crossed the center line and hit and oncoming 18-wheeler on State Route-7. The driver of the car, 25-year-old Dylan Wilkens was flown to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
