Fatal head-on collision involved a stolen vehicle

We’re finding out more about a fatal head-on collision on Greenbrier Street Tuesday. The man who died in the crash, Joseph Dustin, was driving a stolen vehicle. The Subaru he was driving was reported stolen Monday to Nitro Police. The wreck happened early Tuesday morning near the Capitol Flea Market.
