Fatal shooting suspect in custody
The suspect in a fatal shooting in Institute is in custody. Twenty-nine-year-old Juan Chic turned himself in to Charleston police over the weekend. Chic is charged in the murder of Andre Leonard who was shot and killed Wednesday at the intersection of Elm and Wheatley Streets.
