Federal Overreach

West Virginia is leading a group of states asking Congress to stop federal overreach. Attorney General Patrick Morrisey said yesterday a recent letter was signed by 18 states to stop federal overreach and achieve fundamental regulatory reform. The group is asking to end what it calls abuse of authority by Washington and wants to see a series of reforms, including a push for greater congressional oversight and approval of any major rules change.
