Flags at half-staff to honor fallen WV soldier

Flags are flying at half-staff today to honor the life of a fallen West Virginia soldier. Services will be held today for Army Command Sergeant Major Timothy Allen Bolyard, who lost his life in the line of duty earlier this month in Afghanistan. The Grafton native will be buried today and flags will be lowered at the Capitol.
