Flags flying at half-staff in honor of former First Lady

Flags are flying at half-staff through Saturday to honor former First Lady Barbara Bush. She passed away this week at the age of 92, and her funeral will be held Saturday in Texas. Governor Justice issued the order in accordance with a Presidential proclamation.
