Former coal mining executive gets re-trial

A former West Virginia coal mining executive will get a re-trial. James Laurita Jr. is accused of making illegal campaign donations through employees at his company, Morgantown based Mepco. His first trial ended in a mistrial earlier this month after the jury deadlocked. A new trial date is set for April 13th.
