Former CSX Employees File Suit

A lawsuit by 46 former CSX employees is pending against the company. The fired employees allege wrongful termination and say they were fired as retaliation for using their health insurance among other things. The suit says CSX would not let them take medical leaves of absence under the Family and Medical Leave Act and accused them of committing insurance fraud. All of the employess who are suing were fired in 2017 from the CSX Huntington Locomotive Shop. The lawsuit seeks back pay among other damages.
