Former Director

The use of a government-issued credit card to fill up his personal car’s gas tank has a former Job Corps social development director in trouble. Kevin Mabone admitted to using the card on several occasions when he worked in Miami and here in West Virginia. From 2007 until 2015, Mabone stole nearly 67-hundred-dollars worth of fuel for his own car. When he is sentenced in late January, he could be sent to prison for ten years and fined a-quarter-of-a-million-dollars.
