Former federal prosecutor arrested for DUI

The lead federal prosecutor who put coal executive Don Blankenship behind bars is under arrest for drunk driving. Former assistant U.S. Attorney Steven Ruby was pulled over early Wednesday morning in downtown Charleston. He told police had had four glasses of wine and then left work to go home. Ruby failed a field sobriety test and blew at .20 on the breathalyzer, over twice the legal limit.
