Former firefighters blamed for setting wildfires

Two former firefighters are being blamed for a series of wild fires in Cabell County. Landy Chapman with the Ona Volunteer Fire Department and Allen Black with the Salt Rock Volunteer Fire Department are charged with arson. They’re accused of setting at least four fires since January.
