Foster Leaving Office

A Putnam County state lawmaker is leaving office, saying her business and family obligations need her full attention. Nancy Foster is a first term member of the House of Delegates but announced her resignation last week after just a few months in the position. The Republican represents Putnam County and also portions of Kanawha County. Newly declared Republican Governor Justice will name a replacement.
