Four arrested for firing weapons from rooftop

Wanton endangerment and conspiracy counts face four people cuffed in Nitro after firing a weapon early Sunday. It happened near 23rd and 33rd streets at about 3:30am. Police responding found the four on a rooftop above an appliance store. There were a number of weapons found in an apartment there and ammunition inside…also shell casings were found on the roof, reports WCHS. Under arrest are Cassandra Caskey, Jeffrey Lagos, Talia Meadows and Victor Flores.
