Four people in custody after a high speed chase

Four people are in custody after a high speed chase Monday morning. It started in South Charleston, near the Montrose exit of I-64 and ended in Nitro. Thirty-year-old Shawn Martin is facing charges, along with three other men who were in the vehicle. The chase began after an officer tried to pull over Martin for going 78 in 60 miles per hour zone. Martin fled on foot, but was eventually detained.
