Frontier Communications workers facing layoffs

Frontier Communications is offering several West Virginia employees a buyout, buy the company says if not enough workers accept the offer layoffs are possible. A union representative for the Communications Workers of America says the company is offering a voluntary reduction-in-force program. More than 50 Bluefield and Wheeling employees could be at risk of layoffs.
