“Give Where It Belongs” campaign to reduce panhandling

The Charleston Homeless Task Force is working to reduce panhandlers with a new campaign called, “give where it belongs.” You are encouraged to donate to the campaign instead of giving money to panhandlers on the street. The money will be distributed to homeless services providers in the area. You can send money by texting “Home” to 313131.
