Governor creating Blue Ribbon Commission on higer education

Governor Justice is creating a Blue Ribbon Commission on four-year higher education. Justice says that West Virginia colleges and universities are critical to our communities, and he’s concerned about the continued erosion of their stability. The Governor is expected to create the commission by executive order on Monday.
