Governor fills vacant Supreme Court seats

Governor Jim Justice appointed former House Speaker Tim Armstead and Congressman Evan Jenkins to fill the two vacant seats on the West Virginia Supreme court. Armstead and Jenkins will fill the vacancies created by retirement of Justices Menis Ketchum and Robin Davis. They will sit on the court until new Justices are elected in November, both Armstead and Jenkins are running for election.
