Governor Idea About Budget

The governor has a new idea for the state budget. Jim Justice sat down with both Democrats and Republicans to propose some modifications to his budget plan. On the top of the list was the notion that the rich would get a special tax break. In his words, Justice told lawmakers to get the idea of helping the rich out of your mind, once and for all.
