Governor Justince “all in” on education

Governor Jim Justice says he’s “all in on education.” The governor held two town hall meetings yesterday to discuss public education issues. West Virginia teachers have staged rallies over pay and health care issues. Justice mentioned the possibility of placing a moratorium on changes to health care benefits for this legislative session to allow more time to evaluate the problems.
