Help is Available for Heating Bills

Low-income West Virginians can get help paying heating bills through the Department of Health and Resources and the Emergency Low Income Energy Assistance Program. Homes that meet income and other program guidelines to can apply at www.wvinroads.org, or at local DHHR offices, community action agencies, or senior centers operated by an Area Agency on Aging by Friday. The program will operate until funds are exhausted.
