Hepatitis A at Grayson, KY McDonald’s

The Carter County Health Department in Kentucky says a food work at a McDonald’s restaurant in Grayson was diagnosed with Hepatitis A. All employees at the restaurant were vaccinated before the diagnosis, but it can take up to fifty days after being exposed to the virus for a person to become ill. The restaurant was disinfected, and health official say the risk to patrons is low.
