Higher than normal temps

Higher than normal temperatures and some records might be signaling that Old Man Winter has packed away his winter coat. It has been four years since West Virginia temps have been this warm in early March. The long-range forecast from the National Weather Service is showing a warmer than usual trend, but the average date for the last day of snow or frost is still more than a month away.
