Home Heating & Flood victims

With the weather getting colder, the focus for those still fighting to recover from the June 23rd flood is changing to home heating. The Clay County Long Term Recovery Committee has seen a recent spike in requests for need. Many are still living in campers. Two-million-dollars of assistance for winterizing homes is coming from FEMA.
