House of Delegates

There’s one less Democrat in the House of Delegates. Rupert Phillips, Jr. is switching his political affiliation from Democrat to Independent. The Logan County delegate is not in favor of the liberal side of the party, and is a supporter of President Trump, so he has decided he wants to become an Independent.
