How to pay for the subway

Vermont Senator Bernie Sander says he endorses Mayor Bill DeBlasio’s millionaire’s tax plan to fund long term subway repairs. The two appeared together yesterday at Fulton Center in Lower Manhattan. Sanders says the city needs to rebuild the subway system and should ask people on top to pay a little more in taxes to do it.
